Everything I wore travelling across Japan last week
And a gentle-ish itinerary for first-time visitors
This week’s newsletter includes links to my brand directory, which is for paid members only. It’s also image-heavy, so might get cut off in email; please read in your browser or app. Happy to send a pared-down version of the itinerary to any subscriber, just reply to this email and I’ll send it over (no weird marketing gimmicks, it’s literally just the trip I planned for my parents).
Last week my parents came to Tokyo to visit me. As they are reaching their 70s, I created an itinerary that I felt was slow-paced and gentle enough but still included lots of sightseeing. So here’s the itinerary and what I wore while chaperoning my parents across the typical tourist route.
(Most of these photos were taken on the trip; one is from my photo archive of the exact same outfit because I forgot to take a photo while travelling!)
